Help Women in Leadership Society run our annual 'Women in Conversation' conference!

Bristol University Women in Leadership Society are aiming to raise £150 to help run our annual Women in Conversation Conference.

This conference involves a panel of inspiring women discussing their various career journeys to inspire the next generation of female leaders.

The event will be free of charge, providing insight opportunities to those who may otherwise be unable to access them. Although the event is targeted at women, everyone is welcome, and we encourage wide participation.

In the words of our committee

Belle (President): “I am really looking forward to the Women in Conversation Conference – it is the highlight of the Women in Leadership Society’s calendar!”

Alina (Vice-President): “I can’t wait for the Conference! It is really going to help with my career choices.”

Charlotte (Treasurer): “I am so excited for this event! It is an amazing opportunity to learn from inspiring women.”

By donating, you will be helping us to keep the event free for students, providing them with an accessible opportunity to learn from female leaders, and the chance to network and develop their employability skills. Women are underrepresented in a variety of career sectors, especially in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) fields. Our event aims to empower women to pursue their dream careers, helping to close the gender gap.

Where will your donations go?
  • Printing costs: £20
  • Physical workshop materials: £30
  • Travel reimbursement for speakers: £40
  • Refreshments for attendees/speakers: £60
